Shipping policy

All Kit & Method products are digital downloads. We don’t ship physical items, and there are no shipping charges.

How you receive your kit

• After your payment goes through, a download link appears on your order confirmation page.
• We also email the download link to the address you entered at checkout. It usually arrives within a few minutes.
• If you haven’t received it within an hour, check your spam or promotions folder, then email us and we’ll send it again.

What you’ll download

Each kit is delivered as PDF files, and some kits also include an Excel (.xlsx) spreadsheet. The exact contents are listed on each product page. You can print the PDFs at home on US Letter or A4 paper, or use them on a phone, tablet or computer.

Keep your files safe

Please save your files to your device once you’ve downloaded them. If you lose them or your link stops working, email us with your order number and we’ll help you get them again.

Where we sell

Our kits are available anywhere our checkout accepts payment. Prices are shown in US dollars. Depending on where you live, taxes may be added at checkout, and your bank may charge a currency-conversion fee.
