Kit & Method sells digital products: downloadable kits made up of PDF files and spreadsheets. Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to send back.

14-day money-back guarantee

If a kit isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund the full price. You don’t need to give a reason.

• Email info@kitandmethod.com with your order number and the email address you used at checkout.
• We refund to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days of your request. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.
• Once a purchase is refunded, your licence to use that kit ends. Please delete any copies of the files you’ve downloaded or printed.
• We may decline a refund where there are clear signs of abuse, such as repeatedly buying and refunding the same kit.

Faulty or missing files

If a file won’t open, is incomplete, or is missing from your download, contact us at any time, not just within 14 days, and we’ll send you a working copy. If we can’t fix the problem, we’ll refund you.

Before you open a dispute

If something has gone wrong with your order, please email us first. We’re a small business and we reply to every message. Most problems can be fixed the same day.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn’t affect any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
