What do I actually get?
Each product is a complete kit: a step-by-step method, plus the practical tools listed on its product page, such as planners, trackers, checklists, scripts and templates.
How do I receive my files?
Everything is delivered digitally. Right after checkout we email you a download link, usually within a few minutes. The link opens your download page, and you can come back to it from the email any time. Nothing is shipped.
Do I need a printer?
Many tools work best printed on a standard home printer (US Letter, and they print fine on A4). Most can also be used on screen. Each product page shows what’s included and in which format.
Can I use it on my phone or tablet?
Yes. The files open on any device that reads PDFs. Spreadsheets are Excel (.xlsx) files; you can also upload them to Google Sheets, though some formatting may look different there. Some kits include phone-sized versions of key pages.
Can I share my kit?
Kits are for use by you and your household. Please don’t share, redistribute or resell the files.
Are your kits medical, psychological or professional advice?
No. Our kits are practical, educational tools for everyday routines. They aren’t a substitute for advice from a doctor, therapist or other professional. If you’re worried about a health or wellbeing issue, please talk to a qualified professional.
What if something is wrong with my files?
Contact us and we’ll put it right as quickly as we can.
What is your refund policy?
Because our products are digital downloads, please read our Refund Policy before you buy. If a file is faulty or missing, contact us and we’ll put it right.
